Dulce de Leche is a caramel that is slightly less intense than the traditional caramel made from sugar. It fills this vanilla cupcake and is then added to our Chantilly cream to form a distinctly caramel coloured icing. A small dollop of the Dulce de Leche finishes the perfect creation.
